This program is run by Rimar LLC (Florida), owner of the TRIBEX POWDEREDTECH brand ("Tribex"). By accepting a Tribex offer in Shopify Collabs, you agree to these terms.

1. What you receive

  • One bag of Tribex PowderedTech (30 servings), shipped free to a U.S. address.
  • Your personal discount code for your followers at tribex.shop, at the discount shown in your Collabs offer.
  • A commission on the net sale value of every order placed with your code or link, at the rate shown in your Collabs offer, paid through Shopify Collabs.
  • Your commission starts at an introductory rate (15%) for your first month. If you publish the content as agreed in section 2, it moves up to our standard creator rate (20%). Your followers' discount stays the same.

2. What you deliver

  • Use the product for at least 7 days.
  • Within 21 days of receiving it, publish on Instagram: 1 reel with your honest opinion and 3 stories (unboxing, during the test, final verdict).
  • Post the reel as a collaboration with @tribex.life and tag @tribex.life in the stories.
  • Your opinion is yours. We ask for honesty, not a positive review.

3. Disclosure (required by the FTC)

  • Mark every post with Instagram's "Paid partnership" label or #ad / #gifted, clearly and at the start of the caption.

4. What you can and cannot say

  • You may say Tribex supports recovery, hydration, energy and focus, and describe its ingredients.
  • You may not say it treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses any disease or condition, or quote milligram amounts of any ingredient.
  • Do not make claims about weight loss or medical results.

5. Use of your content

  • Tribex may repost your content, with credit, on its Instagram, website and email for 90 days from publication.
  • Using your content in paid ads requires a separate written agreement.

6. General

  • No exclusivity. You may work with other brands.
  • No fixed fee is paid under this program.
  • If the content is not published within 21 days, no further product is sent. Either party may end the collaboration at any time.
  • You are an independent creator, not an employee or agent of Tribex.
  • You confirm you are 18 or older and a U.S. resident.
